Idgie

“We just don’t have time for her.” That’s what they told us. She would just stay in a small pen all day alone.

We took Idgie in after seeing her in that tiny pen. It just wasn’t fair to her. They deserve so much more.

Idgie is so different from most of the intakes. She doesn’t mind being around others, but most of the time she just likes to go for a walk by herself or sit by herself. She is a gentle little girl who loves animal crackers and blueberries and will lay beside you at night watching TV.

She has always been a healthy girl until last year, when she had several cancers removed. She just had 5 removed and is doing great.
